World of Miniature Bears Bear with Doll figurine + Becky Wheeler COA

Hereis an oh-so-cute girl bear with her doll.  I tried to find what her name was but…no luck.  She comes with a signed COA (Becky Wheeler) but no box.  On her feet is written “Hug Me” and the other has “World of Miniature Bears” in script.  Great condition, was a shelf piece.
She is 3 inches tall.
